The CareValue Knowledge Base Redesign uses the Zendesk guide with a custom template. The goal with this project was to make the knowledge base look like an extension of https://www.carevalue.com/.
I took a standard template with little to no design elements and incorporated our brand using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I created a script that populates all of the section/article/carrier icons pulled from our Azure Cloud Storage, and the Carrier Map data you see within the carrier pages is loaded via JSON.
A login is required, so I have embedded a video below showing the basic design and interactions.
